Rachel offers 1-1 or small group coaching/classes in ballet, contemporary dance in person and online. As a performer with numerous stage experiences, she loves to share her passion and experience with dancers from beginners to pre-professionals.

Pilates/Fitness/Conditioning

Level up your training

Having trained at Rambert, Rachel has gathered amazing tools from pilates and fitness which will elevate your dance performance! Conditioning the body is such a crucial part for dancers to build strength, stamina and muscles to support the works that they will be doing. 

We welcome dancers from various experiences, as well as non-dancers to experience pilates/fitness/conditioning in a fun and enjoyable way.

To guide your next steps

As an advocate for dance, Rachel is keen to help young aspiring artists, as well as her peers. Whether it is dealing with university/conservatory/college applications, figuring out your next steps in achieving a career in dance, or having somebody for advice. Rachel is the person to reach out to!
