Rachel offers 1-1 or small group coaching/classes in ballet, contemporary dance in person and online. As a performer with numerous stage experiences, she loves to share her passion and experience with dancers from beginners to pre-professionals.

Having trained at Rambert, Rachel has gathered amazing tools from pilates and fitness which will elevate your dance performance! Conditioning the body is such a crucial part for dancers to build strength, stamina and muscles to support the works that they will be doing.
We welcome dancers from various experiences, as well as non-dancers to experience pilates/fitness/conditioning in a fun and enjoyable way.
